Trying - I’m sure you’re all fascinated by this - Maxthon. No extension I want (Tumblr Saviour, Delicious, etc), but it seems pretty nifty out of the box.

Hm. Possibly it’s Opera to blame. Damn. I need another browser. (Chrome for rl, Firefox for work - I really don’t want to use Safari, it makes me twitchy - too reminiscent of the Mac OS)

I spent an entire evening screaming at my old scanner for not working with my Windows 7 laptop.

Two weeks later, I remember that I have a perfectly functional XP netbook sitting right there, doing fuckall since I got my iPad.
